Birmingham, AL - May 1, 2006 - American Behavioral, a leading provider of mental health management and benefits services to companies nationwide, announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with Adaptis, a move that will expand the available services for both companies.
Seattle-based Adaptis is a leading single source provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions for health payors. Adaptis provides BPO administration, consulting, and other services to the underserved small-to mid-sized health payor market and sought to expand its portfolio of services with mental health services to better serve the expanding needs of its customers.
