AMERICAN BEHAVIORAL APPOINTS VICE PRESIDENT
Birmingham, Ala. April 9, 2008 American Behavioral announced today that it has promoted Maureen Gleason to Vice President of Operations.
In her new position, Gleason will be responsible for sales, corporate relations, provider relations and information technology. She joined American Behavioral last year as Executive Director of Sales and Corporate Relations.
In less than a year, Maureen has proven to be a valuable addition to our already stellar team, said Allen S. Blackwell, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Behavioral. We believe her leadership will be a key to the continued growth of our company.
Gleason has more than twenty years experience in business development and behavioral healthcare and has earned a considerable reputation among human resources executives in the Birmingham area.
