ATTENTION: This directory is not intended to be a complete list of all providers in the American Behavioral network, as providers are added daily, and at times, listed providers do not have immediate appointment availability. To ensure you receive the most up-to-date information on provider availability in your area or if you are currently in treatment with a non-network provider and need assistance to determine if your provider may join the network, please call 800-925-5327 and a coordinator will assist you.

American Behavioral covered participants:

Please contact American Behavioral at 1-800-925-5327 before scheduling any appointments or for assistance in locating a provider specializing in your area of concern. Remember, all EAP visits must be pre-authorized to ensure payment of claims.

BCBS Federal and HealthSouth participants:

Providers who participate in the Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal program are identified with the designation BCBSAL. Please refer to your benefit booklet or your member card for specific information on any deductibles, copays, or co-insurance and other information on accessing benefits.
